When do I start paying?
Once there's something working in your business. We scope your first project together, quote it clearly up front, and you pay as the work lands — not for a proposal or a slide deck. If it isn't pulling its weight, we stop.
Can't we figure this out ourselves?
Plenty of owners do, and most lose a few weeks testing tools that never fit. We already know which setups work for which problems, so you skip the trial-and-error phase and get to something useful faster.
Do you work with the tools we already run?
Yes. We start with the email, CRM, spreadsheets, and booking tools you already have. Nothing gets ripped out. Custom builds only happen when there's no faster or cheaper way to get the job done.
Who's a good fit?

Do you only build custom AI software?
No. Often the right answer is an off-the-shelf tool that costs a few dollars a month. We recommend that whenever it does the job, and only build custom when nothing existing fits.
